Holiday Celebration

Save the Date:   DECEMBER 5, 2009

Volunteers Are Needed in the Following Areas:

Games & Prizes: Putting together games for the day, setting-up, taking down, and ordering prizes.

Concessions: Arranging for and collecting donations for concessions.  Setting-up the cafeteria, and helping to clean-up.

Advertising for the Program: Asking local businesses, and families to advertise in the Holiday Celebration Program, sending out flyers, and collecting the ads.

Crafts: Thinking up of fun crafts, collecting supplies, setting-up & taking down.
